Helping Create Lifelong Memories Through Travel Experiences

Meet Amy

My love of travel developed early on when my family vacationed in Florida each summer. The thrill of looking at the map, checking out different places, and seeing new things has been a passion of mine since then. I am a mom to two amazing daughters, a proud wife of a retired Navy veteran, and an active volunteer in my community.

As a travel agent, it’s become clear that travel is about much more than the destination.  So often, as we plan vacations, we get wrapped up in the image of perfection and checklists.  Through that process, unrealistic expectations are set that can rarely be reached.  That leaves many travelers feeling disappointed with their experience.

I approach travel planning from a different perspective.  I believe traveling is about the moments.  It is giggling while sharing a melting ice cream in the sun.  It is seeing a pod of dolphins while on your catamaran tour.  The feeling you get from the cold air on your face as you zipline for the first time.  We will forget the resorts we stayed at.  We will forget what our stateroom looked like.  We will even forget the hours spent in line while we waited for our favorite theme park attraction.

We will remember skipping back to the bus in the evenings as we listen to the music overhead. We will cherish the memories of holding hands with our teenagers on the way to dinner and feeling so grateful for that time. We will remember a two-hour breakfast with our spouse that we would never have the time for with the hustle and bustle of life back home.

My job as your agent is to take care of the details. I help you find the right cruise, the right resort, and the right destination. This allows you the freedom to reconnect, to experience, and to relax. You get to spend your precious vacation days slowing down and creating memories.

As a recent cancer survivor, I have learned in a very personal way, that you never know what tomorrow will bring. Time truly is non-refundable, and we must spend our days wisely. I use this mantra to help my clients create vacation memories that will last a lifetime.

“Fill your life with adventures, not things. Have stories to tell not stuff to show.”
